of the A39, just 1 mile west from the A39 junction with the A399.

From the M5 Motorway:
At Junction 27 on the M5, take the A361 towards Barnstaple.
Turn right onto the A399 towards Lynton.
Turn left onto the A39 at Blackmoor Gate and The Old Station Inn.
Kentisbury Grange is 1 mile down on the right.
